Karunesh Ganguly, MD, PhD, is a resident in the Department of Neurology at University of California, San Francisco.

Louis P. Halamek, MD, is director of the Center for Advanced Pediatric Education at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, Stanford University, Palo Alto, California. He is also associate professor, Division of Neonatal and Developmental Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Stanford University and director of the Fellowship Training Program in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.

Henry S. Perkins, MD, is professor of medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center and consultant in bioethics at the Ecumenical Center for Religion and Health, San Antonio, Texas.

Lisa M. Rasmussen, PhD, is an adjunct professor in the Philosophy Department at University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Paul H. Rockey, MD, MPH, is the director of the Division of Graduate Medical Education at the American Medical Association. He is professor of internal medicine and medical humanities at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine where he served as associate dean for clinical affairs for 12 years before coming to the AMA in 2003. He continues to teach and mentor medical students.

Jeremy Snyder, MA, is a graduate student completing a doctorate in philosophy at Georgetown University.

Mark Tonelli, MD, MA, is an associate professor of medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Medical History and Ethics at the University of Washington, Seattle.

Brian C. Zanoni, MD, is a fourth-year resident in internal medicine/pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
