Ethics in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery

Ethics Poll

The practice of enhancing one's appearance through cosmetic surgery confers unfair social advantage upon those who can afford it.
Federal legislation was proposed (and subsequently withdrawn) that would have levied a tax on certain elective cosmetic medical procedures. If the legislation were re-introduced, would you support such a tax?
