Anne Graff LaDisa, PharmD is an associate professor of pharmacy practice at Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in Mequon and a clinical pharmacist at Aurora St Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. She teaches pharmacotherapy and applied improvisation for health profession students in addition to precepting pharmacy students and residents at her practice site, which involves multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care.
