Eva V. Regel, MS, MSW, LICSW, MBE is a member of the guardianship team and the Optimum Care Committee at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She earned a BS degree in biophysics from Moscow State University, an MS degree in economics from the University of Houston, an MSW degree from Boston College, and an MBE degree from Harvard Medical School. She is currently enrolled in the Doctorate in Bioethics Degree Program at Loyola University Chicago. Her clinical and academic interests lie at the intersection of clinical, legal, and ethical issues that arise in the care of psychosocially complex patient populations.
