Amy E. Vertrees, MD is the founder of and a surgeon at Columbia Surgical Partners in Columbia, Tennessee. A board-certified general surgeon, certified life coach, and creator of the BOSS Business of Surgery Series, she is a US Army veteran who served 17 years, reaching the rank of lieutenant colonel, and was deployed 3 times to Afghanistan and Iraq as a general surgeon.
