Chloë G. K. Atkins, PhD is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada, and a primary investigator of the PROUD Project on Employment and Disability. She earned a PhD in political theory from the University of Toronto and completed postdoctoral studies in law at Cornell University Law School. She is the author of My Imaginary Illness: A Journey Into Uncertainty and Prejudice in Medical Diagnosis (ILR Press, 2010).
