The journal calls for students to submit their nominations for physician role models with a short profile of Sir William Osler, a late 19th century practitioner who advocated for physicians to practice medicine with a clear head and unflappable demeanor.

The journal will feature case studies providing legal and/or ethical opinions to assist students in ethical decision-making and acquaint them with case law. This month's issue explores what a medical student should do about a fellow student's drinking.
