Megan Chao Smith, RN is an adjunct faculty member in the School of Nursing at St Catherine University in St Paul, Minnesota. With expertise in addressing health care inequity on the hospital floor, they have served as an advocate for patients experiencing homelessness and have educated clinicians to address inequity through daily nursing practice. They have also provided cardiovascular nursing, direct care in medical surgical nursing, and hospice nurse.
