Charles E. Binkley, MD is a surgeon and bioethicist who serves as the director of bioethics for the central region at Hackensack Meridian Health and is a clinical assistant professor of surgery at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine in Nutley, New Jersey. He is also a bioethics scholar at Santa Clara University in California. His interests include surgical ethics and the ethical use of artificial intelligence for surgical decision making.
