Genevieve S. Silva is a fourth-year medical student at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She earned a BS degree in ecology and evolutionary biology from Yale University in 2017. Her professional interests include the intersection between medicine and climate change, the human health impacts of the changing climate, and health care’s contribution to global emissions.
