Dr Jeanne Kisacky joins Ethics Talk to discuss changes in hospital design from the late 1800s to the present, and human-centered design specialist John Meyer explains how “design thinking” can help health professionals provide better care for patients.
Jeanne Kisacky, PhD, MA, MArch is an independent scholar who has taught classes on the topic of health and architecture at Cornell University, Binghamton University, and Syracuse University. Her research focuses on the history of hospital architecture.
John Meyer is a design consultant with experience bringing human-centered design to health care systems.
