Brendan D. Kelly, MD, PhD is a professor of psychiatry at Trinity College Dublin and a consultant psychiatrist at Tallaght University Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. He is the author of Dignity, Mental Health and Human Rights: Coercion and the Law (Ashgate, 2015).
