Michael R. Ulrich, JD, MPH is an assistant professor of health law, ethics, and human rights at Boston University School of Public Health and School of Law in Massachusetts and the Solomon Center Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Yale Law School in New Haven, Connecticut. His scholarship focuses on intersections of public health, constitutional law, bioethics, and social justice, with an emphasis on the law’s roles in health outcomes of marginalized and underserved populations.
