Tabitha E. H. Moses, MS is an MD/PhD candidate in the Translational Neuroscience Program at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. Her scholarly and research interests focus on mental health and substance use disorder, including neural mechanisms, harm reduction and treatment, medical education, policy, and ethics.
